United Rubber Factory Limited has been in the rubber business for over twenty years. Factory was founded in 1984 and was named Hop Shing Rubber Factory at that time. We are located in a small country in Songgang, belongs to Bo-an district in Shenzhen, southern part of China. In 1991, factory was restructured and renamed as United Rubber Factory Limited. Now we have 700 staffs and workers, 14, 000 sq. M of plant area. We manufacture rubber parts, silicone rubber parts and rubber parts with metal inserts. All our materials come from overseas. Parts supplied to our customers are used mostly in auto motive, electrical home appliances, electronic products. Sporting equipment, building industries, aviation facilities as well as in military applications. We deliver our products to customers in Europe, USA, Japan and in many other foreign countries.
The management team believes that an efficient management system can provide our customers a guarantee of manufacturing good quality products. Based on this belief and the total involvement by all our staffs and workers, we achieved our ISO recognition in 1999 and QS9000 recognition in 2003. By now, we have passed ISO/TS16949 audit and got the certificate in 2006.
